Card Installation Help

Facing difficulties installing your card on your device? Try below steps:


Problem 01: Your device doesn't allow App installation directly.

Solution: Change your device settings.

Try changing your device's setting or browser's setting to allow card installation.

The settings may look as below:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to your browser app
  3. Find "Open links in other apps" and set it to ON

Problem 02: Your browser doesn't support launching Apps directly.

Solution: Try a different browser.
